Gardening Technician Summary
As a Gardening Technician, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of gardens, ensuring they remain vibrant, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing. Key Responsibilities for the Gardening Technician
  • Deliver high-end customer service to all clients
  • Keep all trailers and vehicles clean and organized
  • Perform regular garden maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing, to maintain the health and appearance of plants.
  • Identify and address pest and disease issues, implementing appropriate treatments to ensure plant well-being.
  • Collaborate with landscape designers and clients to understand garden design plans and specific plant requirements.
  • Monitor and adjust irrigation systems to meet the watering needs of different plant varieties.
  • Keep accurate records of gardening activities, including plant care, fertilization schedules, and pest control measures.
  • Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
