Landscape Design Build Technician Summary
The Design Build Technician plays a pivotal role in executing various landscape and hardscape projects focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves a diverse range of tasks such as excavation, grading, paving, stone wall installation, planting, and pruning along with general masonry and carpentry work.

Key Responsibilities for the Design Build Technician
  • Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver high-end customer service to all clients.
  • Keep all tools, trailers and vehicles clean and organized.
  • Execute tasks with a strong attention to detail, ensuring the accurate and precise implementation of design plans.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure project success.
  • General landscape maintenance Including, but not limited to planting and transplanting, watering and pruning.
  • General hardscape installation and maintenance procedures including but not limited to:
    • Installation of milled and natural stone patios
    • Construction of a variety of stone walls: Seat walls, boulder walls, engineered retaining walls, dry-stacked
    • Grading
    • Cement work
    • General masonry and carpentry
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in landscape construction and installation is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of landscape design principles and elements.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions for long durations.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred.
