Join us for this One Day Women’s Wellness Retreat on Saturday, March 4th. Registration begins at 9:30 am and we will wrap up at 3:30 pm. Light breakfast, coffee, & lunch will be provided by Crossroads Market of Green Lake. Two guest presenters will join us.  

 “Deborah Brown, known as Grandma Brown in the Berlin Community, is a retired Registered Nurse certified in Reiki, Acupressure, and Full Holistic Health.  Her 90-minute sessions are a blend of reflexology with both Reiki and Acupressure that promote self-healing and stress reduction.” (from the Dandelion Farm website). Deborah will be sharing her history with holistic nursing, sharing about Reiki, and the chakras, and will do a meditation, We will do a drawing for a free session with Deborah at Dandelion Spa in Berlin!  

In the afternoon session, Lucy Mathers from The Twisted Warrior Yoga studio in Fond du Lac will lead us in Restorative Yoga then Abhyanga:  “There is no greater expression of self-love than anointing ourselves from head to toe with warm oil—this practice is called Abhyanga. An Abhyanga practice restores the balance of the doshas and enhances well-being and longevity.”

 Followed by Yoga Nidra or deep sleep. Wear clothing that allows you to spread oil everywhere and socks.
