Executive Director – Foxhead Regenerative Agriculture Project (FoxRAP)
Green Lake, WI | Full-Time (32–40 hrs/week)
Salary: $55,000–$60,000 (based on experience)

Foxhead Regenerative Agriculture Project (FoxRAP) is a Green Lake-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening local food systems, supporting regenerative agriculture, preserving farmland, and building resilient rural communities throughout the Upper Fox River watershed.

As FoxRAP enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking an Executive Director to lead fundraising, program development, community partnerships, and organizational operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainable agriculture, experienced in nonprofit leadership and fundraising, and committed to serving the Upper Fox River watershed region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, donor relations, and grant writing
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of agriculture, food systems, and community development
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
