Join us for an evening of locally sourced food and beverages. If you have yet to try one of our dinners, this is an experience like no other!
Our Chef Dan Solberg prepares an exceptional four course menu paired with Vines & Rushes Winery wines or Wisconsin craft beers. Our chef and winemaker put a lot of thought in to each course and explaining each pairing. Vines & Rushes supports small, local and neighboring farms, including their own, by thoughtfully sourcing their ingredients from these local Wisconsin growers and producers. This will be another fantastic evening at the winery!

Course 1:
Kimbap - Smoked Trout, Smoked Ham, Pickled Radish, Local Vegetables, Egg
Course 2:
Kimchi Jjigae - Kimchi Stew - House made Kimchi, Pork Belly, Rice Cakes, Scallions, Tofu, Cupola Cheese
Course 3:
Sprecher Root Beer and Gochujang Marinated, Wood Fired Chicken Leg and Thigh, Doenjang and Kimchi Braised Greens, served with Rice and Korean Barbecue Sauce
Course 4:
Hodduk - Korean Hickory Nut Sweet Pancake served with Toasted Rice Ice Cream
Courses served with Banchan or side dishes;
- Ginger Red Cabbage Kraut, Apple Kimchi , Soy and Sesame Spinach, Korean Potato Salad
