Charcuterie Class with Olive Juice Farms

You’ll leave with a hand-made board of your favorite, elegant, snacking selections. It will not only look beautiful, it will be DELICIOUS.

This class comes with:

• 2 meats & 2 cheeses (1 lb total)

• seasonal fruits

• artisanal crackers

• olives/pickles

• dried fruits

• seasonal jam

• fresh garnishes

Everyone will get a bag and tie to wrap up the board and take it home in. The charcuterie will be made on a disposable bamboo platter.
