Chair Yoga with Free Spirit Yoga
Join us on Friday mornings from 10:00 - 11:00am for Chair Yoga. Benefits of Chair Yoga include improving flexibility, muscle tone, mental well-being, concentration, strength, mood, stress and joint pain, focus, and confidence. This practice is good for those with limited mobility, seniors, people who work at desks, and beginners. We look forward to seeing you in class!
