It is guided by a few simple yet profound principles that help create a safe\, fun and supportive environment for self expression.\n\nESTATIC DANCE GUIDELINES\n\n\n	\n	No talking - move in silence\, allowing the body and music to speak\n	\n	\n	Follow your own rhythm   no choreography\, no steps to learn\n	\n	\n	Honor personal space and boundaries\; dance solo unless connection is clearly welcomed\n	\n	\n	Barefoot or socks only\, grounding into the floor\n	\n	\n	Come clear and present   no alcohol or substances\n	\n	\n	Phones off\, attention inward\n	\n	\n	No pictures or videos\, honoring privacy and the sacred container\n	\n	\n	All bodies\, ages (18 or older) & abilities welcome   move at your own pace\n	\n	\n	This is a safe\, non-judgement space for you to explore aspects of yourself and open to more freedom of thought and expression\n	\n\n\nJoin us to 'lively up yourself'\, have some fun\, and express your creative self and allow your wild side to come out to play.
