DESCRIPTION:Ecstatic Dance is a free-form\, meditative movement experience where participants move freely to music\, release stored energy\, and connect with their body\, emotions\, and inner rhythm. This welcoming session offers a chance to explore movement in a safe\, supportive\, and non-judgmental environment no dance experience needed.\n\n\n\nGuided by simple principles\, participants move in silence\, follow their own rhythm\, and respect personal space.
