For anyone unfamiliar with E-Scow racing\, these are big\, fast\, powerful boats with a dedicated Midwest fleet featuring National Champions\, Olympians\, and America's Cup sailors. We are expecting 30-40 boats for an epic weekend of sailing. \n\n\n\nWe encourage everyone to be out on Green Lake that weekend to enjoy the sailing. The ILYA will be posting its schedule and racing details on the event registration page here (https://ilya.org/regatta/pFZ532CCdU/)as the date approaches\; however\, they are expecting to race Friday afternoon\, Saturday midday\, and Sunday morning. There will be social events on Friday and Saturday nights that our club is invited to as hosts. Here are some details:\n\n July 9th - Registration and boat launching at Dodge Memorial Park\n July 10th - 2 races\, morning and afternoon - course location TBD. Green Lake Yacht Club will host a pig roast/bbq at Dodge Memorial Park in the evening. \n July 11th - 2 races\, morning and afternoon -course location TBD.
